Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 25, 2026. Conformance target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Kely Santos is committed to an inclusive digital experience for buyers, sellers, investors, and visitors. We work to make kelysantosperez.com reasonably accessible according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, without relying on third-party accessibility overlays or widgets.
This statement describes our approach, the scope of the site, and how to contact us if you encounter an accessibility barrier. It does not guarantee absolute compliance with every applicable law (including the ADA in the United States); it reflects our ongoing improvement efforts.
Scope
This statement covers the public Kely Santos website (informational real estate content for South Florida, contact forms, projects, insights, and legal pages). Internal administration tools are out of scope.
Measures we take
- Semantic structure (headings, landmarks, native links and buttons).
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and a skip link to main content.
- Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked accordingly.
- Forms with associated labels and error messages that do not rely on color alone.
- Respect for reduced motion preferences where possible.
- English and Spanish content with appropriate document language.
Known limitations
- Some forms may load in a third-party iframe (Domesis). Accessibility partly depends on that service; we provide alternative contact channels (email and phone) on the same pages.
- Embedded social or third-party media may not be fully under our control.
- Full WCAG conformance requires periodic manual testing (keyboard, VoiceOver, zoom) in addition to automated checks.
Report an accessibility issue
If you have difficulty using this site or assistive technology (for example VoiceOver, NVDA, or JAWS), please reach out. When you can, include:
- The URL or page where the issue occurred.
- A short description of the barrier (what you were trying to do and what happened).
- Browser, operating system, and assistive technology, if relevant.
We will respond within a reasonable time and work toward a fix or accessible alternative when feasible.
Continuous improvement
We review the site on an ongoing basis (development, documented manual QA in the repository, and automated checks on representative routes). Design updates prioritize accessibility fixes with the smallest reasonable visual change.
